Description
The project consisted of the design, permitting, bidding and final construction of Procopio’s new 100,000 square foot high-end office tenant improvement. The seven-story project was comprised of office, high-density filing, state-of-the-art conferencing and meeting rooms, a rooftop contemplation garden and a private, four-story interconnecting stairwell. The focal point of the project, located behind the unique floating cantilevered stair, is a one-of-a-kind 56-foot high, 20 foot wide art glass wall featuring a Juniper. The tenant improvement project was also submitted for LEED Gold certification for Commercial Interiors.

Hughes Marino played a key part in completing the project on schedule despite the aggressive 3 ½ month schedule to complete over $10 million in construction related activities. We were able to successfully coordinate the construction of several untested design features including the outdoor garden and water feature within the top floor of the building, the four-story cantilevered stair and floating screen-printed glass feature wall.
