Description
This six-phase, 18-month, multi-floor tenant improvement project transformed ESET North America’s corporate office. Hughes Marino collaborated with ESET to create a master plan that recreated the existing office design by utilizing glass fronts on private offices, brighter color palettes for the carpet and paint colors, and rearranging the floor plan so natural light could extend into the center of the building allowing employees to see outside. ESET transformed office space on an adjacent floor into a lounge area equipped with a break room, yoga studio and showers.
Added Value
Working with the Hughes Marino brokerage team, Hughes Marino’s Project Management team played an integral role ensuring the work letter and lease allowed for the level of construction needed. The project closed out under the original budget amount despite the long project duration and various phases. Hughes Marino’s knowledge of construction means and methods proved extremely valuable, as constant site supervision and scheduling coordination was needed to maintain regular business operations and zero scheduling delays.
