At Hughes Marino our team meetings are always pretty special, but today's was truly memorable. We held our first ever Core Values contest, where we challenged our team members to come up with creative interpretations of our ten core values. The grand prize for the most creative presentation was $1,000, and boy did we have some amazing contenders! We saw everything from visual art to live performance — even a piece of handmade furniture! I was blown away by the creativity of our team.
