Dawn Mercier is a lease administrator at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Dawn brings over 10 years of global corporate lease administration experience as a member of the company’s Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory team.

Dawn has provided lease administration expertise on a range of portfolios from medical office buildings and call centers, to large government contractors. Her positive attitude and team-first mentality helps to bring unique value and insight to Hughes Marino clients across the nation. Dawn graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies.

In her free time, Dawn enjoys baking and traveling with her husband, Jack. They love to visit small beach towns and mountains for great photos!
