Dave is a results-driven program and project manager with a passion for data and innovation. With over three decades of experience in planning, design, construction and project management, Dave has an unmatched understanding of project success factors across the construction lifecycle. He strategically meets client needs by building effective teams, processes and timelines.

Through his previous roles in program and project management, Dave has led teams for some of the most successful and innovative companies in the world, delivering programs within budget, on schedule and to the highest quality. Before joining Hughes Marino, he was a director at OAC Services, managing projects for Apple, Microsoft, Providence Health and BioMed Realty.

His career is marked by numerous achievements and successful projects. Including a multi-phase 120,000 SF facility for Apple in San Diego, CA, delivered under budget, despite record escalation and supply chain challenges; over two million square feet of space for Microsoft including data center projects across multiple states, developer spaces, research and development facilities, and a design/build campus transit center. His project experience also includes an extensive list of healthcare and life science projects in Washington and Southern California for various clients.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and business administration, with a minor in finance.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching baseball, playing the guitar and going on adventures with his family.
