Description
The project consisted of a 21,000 square foot office tenant improvement to a neighboring building for Verimatrix to accommodate the expansion of their headquarters. This project included office and support space, collaboration areas, new restrooms, a new game room for employees to enjoy and a new employee break area which features a glass garage door to connect the interior break room space with a patio and a fireplace.

Hughes Marino’s program, project and construction management and tenant representation teams worked together to select the building. Hughes Marino assisted
in assembling the design and construction team selection and worked through value engineering efforts throughout the scope of the project. Hughes Marino also worked on behalf of Verimatrix to ensure landlord work was completed appropriately.
