2024 HM Mini Goals: A Visual Recap of a Goal-Driven Year

In 2024, we brought back the fan-favorite concept of our HM Mini Goals with 12 fun, easy-to-execute commitments as a way to practice being impeccable with our word. Our mantra with these Mini Goals? Say it, do it, repeat. It’s as simple as that! Over the past 12 months, our teams from around the country, as well as many of our clients and friends, participated and shared photos while reinforcing the important habit of being impeccable with our word.

From the simple acts of watching a sunrise or taking a walk, to the noble acts of volunteering and completing random acts of kindness, here’s a visual recap of the impactful goals we accomplished together, including photos from our latest December HM Mini Goal of volunteering!

We truly appreciate and value everyone who participated in an intentional year of building better habits, strong teams and more connected communities. As always, we want to send a special thank you to Managing Director John Jarvis who developed this program that has played a special part in developing our company culture over the years. While our 2024 HM Mini Goals program may be over, we have a few other fun ideas up our sleeve, so check back to our blog soon for what’s in store for 2025!
