The project consisted of 22,000 square feet of corporate tenant improvements. Key elements of the project included a 4,000 square foot machine shop and prototyping area, wet lab, electrical engineering lab, gym, and conference area. The space features areas open to the structure, ceiling ‘cloud,’ circular pendant lighting, low horizon workstations, benching and collaborative work areas.
