Hughes Marino CM and Good and Roberts Inc. recently completed work on the new Mitchell International headquarters at 6220 Greenwich Drive, San Diego, in the Governor Pointe development.
San Diego-based Mitchell International is a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions for the auto collision repair and property and casualty claims industries.
The new 141,000 square foot location consolidated Mitchell International and its new space, designed by AVRP Studios, has a largely open office layout which ultimizes lower height systems furniture.
Other features of the project include a fitness center; customer experience center; state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, employee lounge, and private courtyard.
Chris Veum, of AVRP, was the project architect. Steven Gorup, project engineer, of Hughes Marino CM provided design and construction management services.
Rick Mount was the project manager for Kilroy Realty. Jerry Odling was the project manager for the general contractor, Good & Roberts.
Other key design team members included Michael Wall Engineering and McParlane & Associates.
Key subcontractors for the project included Bergelectric, Brian Cox Mechanical, Martin Corporation, Tekworks, Rancho Glass and Resource Floors. The furniture vendor was OfficePlanIt.
