Hughes Marino Program, Project & Construction Management was able to work with the architect to help come up with alternate construction materials to help save thousands of dollars on the exterior and interior finishes. In addition, we were able to work with the city to minimize the number of roof screens and their costs.

Hughes Marino provided construction management services including, final design and construction document completion, general contractor selection, establishment of the GMAX management of the actual project construction from start to finish and coordination of the client’s specialty vendors for security and the vault.
