Nordson Asymtek Entrance1

Nordson Asymtek completed the design, permitting and construction of their new 93,000 square foot lab, office and manufacturing facility. The new facility is equipped with numerous electronic lab and research and development rooms, conference rooms and open office spaces. The lab spaces include utility drops that provide data, power and compressed air and a high-end ESD flooring system. On the manufacturing floor, Nordson, Hughes Marino and SAA organized the floor plan to maximize workflow efficiencies.

Hughes Marino helped the brokerage team to negotiate the lease and work letter. Once the lease was executed, Hughes Marino managed the entire design, permitting, construction and occupancy process. The competitive bid process was unique for this project, Hughes Marino’s in-depth knowledge of the local market helped to ensure the proposing teams were capable of designing and completing this product type for a competitive rate. Nordson moved into their new facility and the project completed on time and under budget.
