Hughes Marino, a San Diego-based commercial real estate services provider, has opened two new offices in Northern California and announced an expansion and relocation of one of its Los Angeles offices.
CEO Jason Hughes said in a statement that the company’s new offices in San Francisco and San Jose “will enable us to provide better service and on-the-ground support to our clients in those markets.”
Hughes Marino is also relocating its western Los Angeles office from Century City to a larger space at at 11150 Santa Monica Blvd., expected to open in a few weeks following renovations. Hughes Marino also has an existing office in downtown Los Angeles.
Hughes said the expansion is in response to rising client demand. The company, led by Hughes and executive vice president David Marino, is headquartered in downtown San Diego and primarily represents tenants, including business owners and corporate real estate decision-makers.
