About

Daryl Dellera is a senior vice president with the Program, Project and Construction Management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management. With over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Daryl has a wealth of experience in project management, architectural design and project delivery. His diverse skill set, gained by acting in different roles throughout the construction process, allows him to bring a unique perspective to his clients’ projects.

Daryl earned his B.A. in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and has since combined his professional architectural knowledge with building process project management to provide clients with a comprehensive approach from concept to completion. Daryl’s experience encompasses all aspects of project management, including design and construction, team assembly and management, contract negotiation, scheduling and budget management, change management, project closeout, quality control and project reporting. His portfolio of project work spans multiple project types, including high-rise residential, corporate office interiors, life science, high tech, historical, civic/municipal, education (K-12 and higher ed) and mixed-use buildings.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Daryl oversaw project teams as an in-house project manager for Meta Platforms, Inc., managing large complex projects at Meta’s Headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, 181 Fremont St in San Francisco, CA (a 436,000 SF multi-phase tenant improvement project) and the Burlingame Point Campus in Burlingame, CA (a 767,000 SF tenant improvement project at four office towers and an amenity building). Daryl’s previous work experience also includes project management positions at BCCI Construction, Project Management Advisors and Kwan Henmi Architects, where he worked on projects in the Bay Area and across the country.

In his spare time, Daryl enjoys street photography, DJing and spending time with his wife and son, which usually includes exploring and dining at new restaurants.
