Description

Over the years, TEN: The Enthusiast Network has repeatedly partnered with Hughes Marino on several of their tenant improvement projects including the remodel of their 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters. The project consisted of a complete core and shell remodel by the landlord, introduction of extensive interior glazing and an outdoor patio. The original and outdated layout, a very choppy space with low ceilings, was transformed into a largely open plan with 18-foot high exposed ceilings. New top-of-the-line amenities such as large wall graphics, glass office fronts, collaborative areas and an indoor-outdoor break area further enhanced the space to reflect TEN’s vibrant, modern and collaborative company culture.

Added Value

The project was completed on a tight schedule. Hughes Marino worked with the landlord and general contractor to relocate TEN and complete the Tenant Improvement alongside an extensive core and shell remodel to limit the disruption of the client’s business.

Service Provided

Hughes Marino provided complete project management services from design and permitting to selection of the architect and general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
