Nikki is a member of the company’s Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory team where she helps deliver an exceptional level of service to clients by ensuring landlord compliance with their lease agreements.

Nikki has over 16 years of lease administration experience within the real estate industry, where she’s provided lease administration and property management services for commercial, retail and residential portfolios. Nikki is a dedicated team player who strives to always have a positive attitude and to provide unique value and insight to Hughes Marino’s clients.

In her free time, Nikki enjoys traveling with her husband, Lawrence. They love to visit new lakes or beaches, fish, camp and go antiquing!
