    Sekisui engaged Hughes Marino in 2011 to help with the renewal of a mission critical 45,000 square foot diagnostic research and manufacturing facility. Hughes Marino knew the market situation very well, and negotiated a below market lease for this very difficult to move facility. Since then, the Hughes Marino team has guided us through expansions to support our diagnostics businesses for 53,000, 23,000 and 4,000 square feet, as well as an additional renewal of the original 45,000 square foot facility in 2019.
