Mapp is a mid-range corporate office build-out from a warm shell blank floor plate. Located in a Class A high-rise, this particular project was a very efficient mix of creative, upscale common area environments and functional collaborative office space for employees. The design incorporated lots of meeting areas, both closed and open, along with executive offices and new amenity space. With great views of the surrounding valley, the new space not only captures panoramic views of the city, but also reflects Mapp’s vibrant and collaborative company culture.

Hughes Marino actively managed the schedule and budget to exceed the client’s goals from day one. The project team successfully delivered the project under budget, which included reimbursement for FF&E costs, and also completed the space nearly two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing Mapp to gain significant financial benefit from their previous landlord.

Hughes Marino provided start to finish project management services from building search and lease negotiations, to construction completion, occupancy and close out.
