It is with tremendous honor that we welcome broker Jeffrey Shepard to the Hughes Marino team as Principal and Senior Vice President. Jeff will be based in our Irvine office, and will continue to serve the Orange County region as he has for nearly 29 years. We have known Jeff and worked with him in a referral capacity for two decades, and we know this consummate professional and all-around good guy is going to be an excellent addition to our award-winning team.

A little about Jeff: He has spent the last 25 years exclusively representing tenants in their commercial real estate transactions. Everything from lease negotiations to land acquisitions and build-to-suit projects. He has more than 10 million square feet of tenant transactions under his belt, and his commitment to always going the extra mile for his clients has made him one of Orange County’s most trusted brokers. To hear him tell it “there is little traffic on the extra mile.” I couldn’t agree more.

Not only is Jeff a leader in our industry, he is also deeply committed to the local community. He serves on the boards of two non-profits, and just this month he was nominated for a SPIRE award for Superior Performance in Philanthropy. He is a family man with a strong set of core values that closely match our own. And he shares our commitment to always doing the right thing.

Suffice to say, we’re thrilled to welcome Jeff aboard. His spirit of giving and track record in tenant advocacy are inspiring, and we’re looking forward to giving him our full support as he continues to go the extra mile for his clients and for his community.
