Kelli Viva is a programs coordinator at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Kelli directly supports the operations and brokerage team to ensure clients receive excellent service.

Kelli graduated from Hope International University with a bachelor’s degree in cross cultural business. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Kelli was a content strategist in the wedding industry for photographers and planners, where she gained valuable experience managing clients and their digital marketing needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dallas and two kids, Holland and Brighton. She also loves exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, creating new recipes, exercising on her Peloton and shopping. Kelli is always looking forward to traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
