Alex Dochmaschewsky is a senior building electrician at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management. In his role, Alex focuses on assisting with new building projects and facility maintenance.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Alex worked as a facilities technician for the City of Huntington Beach for four years. As a technician, Alex was responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment within city facilities, including City Hall, police and fire facilities and community centers. He was also an integral part of the design and build process on a variety of remodel projects. Prior to working for the City of Huntington Beach, Alex worked at the LA County Community Development Commission, where he was the lead technician assigned to oversee a crew of eight maintenance workers who maintained over 600 family and senior dwelling units.

Alex is a Huntington Beach local. When he’s not at the office, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and at the beach with his wife, Jodee, and their children, Ben and Sofia.
