Rachel Bliss is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in the company’s Boston office, Rachel has an unparalleled knowledge of the local market, coupled with a diverse background in both leasing and capital markets, allowing her to provide best-in-class service to her clients across multiple service lines.
After graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, Rachel gained extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, she was a member of the capital markets team at JLL where her focus was on investment sales throughout New England. In previous roles, Rachel also focused on leasing, primarily on the tenant representation side, at both Cushman & Wakefield and Lee & Associates. Rachel provides her clients with well-rounded and strategic guidance however unique their real estate requirements may be.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and planning trips to new places.
