Brian Dolan is a vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Boston office, Brian’s focus is in assisting Greater Boston companies with their real estate and workplace needs. With his results-driven and client-centric approach, he helps his clients achieve optimal lease and purchase transactions for their businesses.

His experience working with tough tech, technology and professional service companies allows him to help his clients achieve their long- and short-term real estate goals. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Brian gained experience within the commercial real estate industry and focused on tenant representation while at Lincoln Property Company and the Steele Group in Boston. With his variety of experience across different sectors and asset classes, Brian is able to provide his clients with well-rounded and strategic guidance however unique their real estate requirements may be.

Brian graduated from UMass Lowell with a bachelor’s degree in marketing while being a member of the university’s baseball program. Immediately following graduation, he was a member of the University of New Hampshire’s MBA program while also playing wide receiver on UNH’s football team. Brian grew up in Lowell, MA, and currently lives in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. In his free time, Brian enjoys traveling, following Boston sports and spending time with family and friends.
