Steve Gargiulo is a vice president at HM Science, a specialized life science division of Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Steve is focused on the Silicon Valley market where he brings a strategic approach and expertise to life science expansions, relocations, consolidations and dispositions. His extensive knowledge of the market, combined with his experience and problem-solving skills, make him a trusted advisor when representing tenants in strategically planning their real estate portfolio.

Steve has worked with tenants from a multitude of industries including medical technology companies, biotech businesses and other professional health and pharmaceutical users of life science space. Steve specializes in creating solutions for life science corporations tasked with managing unpredictable growth. He has provided strategic consulting services to all types of companies, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and has transacted leases all over the United States, as well as in many other countries.

Steve graduated from the University of San Diego, receiving a bachelor’s degree in finance. He was also a member of the USD Toreros football team, where he received the Most Valuable Player award. Steve resides on the Peninsula with his dog, Bruce. When he’s not at the office, Steve loves to travel with friends and family. He also enjoys attending sporting events, golfing and all things fitness-related.
