As a founding member in the firm’s Houston office, Rob specializes in advising office, industrial and laboratory users with their commercial real estate needs in the greater Houston market and across the nation.

Rob has a deep understanding of Houston’s local real estate market as well as the influences that drive it. Whether clients are looking to lease, buy, or sell commercial property; Rob consistently provides expert guidance through every step of the process, ensuring informed decisions and strategic outcomes.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Rob was a vice president at Colliers’ Houston office, and was previously a principal at Lee & Associates. Rob provides best-in-class service for his clients by utilizing his vast market knowledge and experience to achieve the desired outcomes of each client. He understands that his clients are consistently managing an array of business decisions, and acts as an advisor and liaison for real estate matters throughout the lifespan of the partnership.
