Marc Feldman is a vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers, where he advises companies in various industries with all aspects of their commercial real estate activities. Marc is passionate about providing his clients with attentive, bespoke service by simplifying the acquisition process and using illustrative data to assure his clients achieve the best outcome possible, all while enabling his clients to focus more on their core business and less on the logistics of office leases and purchases.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Marc was a tenant advisor at JLL in both the Denver and Dallas markets. During his time there, Marc was awarded the Rookie of the Year award, where he worked on nearly 200 different transactions consisting of millions of square feet of headquarter relocations, lease restructures, lease and purchase acquisitions, subleases and owner-occupied dispositions.

Originally from Texas, Marc studied at Southern Methodist University and graduated with a degree in real estate finance, and a concentration in entrepreneurship. Marc currently lives near Curtis Park. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, camping, snowboarding, and seeing live music with friends.
