Cameron Love is a managing director at HM Science, a specialized division of Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. As market leader in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area region, Cameron specializes in high-value, time-critical and complex transactions for biotech, medical device, instrumentation and healthcare companies, and has developed a strong understanding of the entire lease life-cycle. His experience working with the some of the region’s fastestgrowing companies allows him to deliver creative real estate solutions tailored to his client’s specific needs. His extensive knowledge of the market, combined with his experience and problem-solving skills, make him a trusted advisor when representing tenants in strategic planning, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations, site selection analysis, financial modeling, build-to-suits and/or building purchases, HQ/R&D and cGMP manufacturing facility requirements and portfolio management for over a decade. Before joining Hughes Marino, Cameron was a director at Cushman & Wakefield where he represented occupiers exclusively. He has held leadership positions as chair of the Bay Area C&W Future Leaders organization and was a member of the Emerging Technology Advisory practice group. Cameron also holds a board leadership role in CoreNet, the global corporate real estate association, chairing the Bay Area chapter’s Young Leaders network, and is a candidate for his masters in corporate real estate (MCR) designation.

Cameron graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus in real estate, while also pitching for the USF Dons baseball team. Cameron resides in San Rafael with his wife, Caroline, and his son, Jackson and twins, Cooper and Harper, after living in San Francisco’s NoPa and Richmond District for over a decade. In his free time, Cameron can be found riding his road bike with friends on Hawk Hill, or with his family exploring trails throughout China Camp State Park, only minutes from their home.
