Arvi Cardones is a senior project engineer at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management. With his comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in construction and project management, Arvi is a notable member of the project and construction management team.

Since joining Hughes Marino, Arvi has been an integral part of the team’s involvement in the full campus buildout for a large hardware technology company in Orange County. The project encompassed over 640K SF of tenant improvements, and includes a Research & Development building, gourmet food hall, a 1,200 stall parking structure, and mixed industrial and commercial office space.

Prior to his transition to Hughes Marino, Arvi earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Riverside with a specialization in materials and structures. He is able to integrate his ideas into action, and work seamlessly with his teammates and colleagues. Arvi managed several multi-million-dollar school, city and military projects in his previous role. He was key in maintaining management processes and methods, as well as establishing constant communication between different departments, ultimately delivering a finished product beyond the client’s expectations.

Arvi enjoys attending sporting events and traveling. He appreciates and has great respect for diversity and culture, being raised with a close-knit family, and loves spending quality time with people who know him best.
