Ramy Temraz is a senior project manager with the Program, Project and Construction Management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and construction project management. Ramy has numerous years of planning, design and construction experience, which culminate in an extensive end-to-end understanding of project success factors across the construction lifecycle, as well as the ability to think strategically to meet client needs, including building teams, processes and plans.

Ramy received his B.S. in construction management from the American University in Cairo and has additionally earned his M.B.A. from Politecnico di Milano in Italy. With Ramy’s many years of owner rep experience, he has led teams to deliver projects and programs (up to $60M in value) in various sectors including office, industrial and life sciences, in multiple geographical regions. He has worked with many Fortune 100 clients (including Microsoft, Cisco, Siemens, Roche, Edwards and Oracle), and has been able to advise various stakeholders, understand branding and cultural requirements, and transfer these to the built environment.

Outside of work, Ramy enjoys spending time with his wife, Heba, and their three kids, Taliya, Yazid and Mia, playing sports, trying new cuisines and traveling.
