The project consisted of 57,000 square feet of corporate tenant improvements including a filming/production room, several new employee break and lounge areas, and a distribution warehouse for the events the company sponsors.
Added Value
Hughes Marino joined the project after completion of the initial design. Through our review of the plans with the design team and general contractor we were able to reduce the overall project budget by 25% to ensure that all costs would be covered in the tenant improvement allowance.
