We modified existing lab benches to accommodate the clients fume hoods and added distributed gases to the benches for specific operations. The primary focus of the project was a 500 square foot modular dry room that was installed, requiring structural upgrades to the roof and major MEP consideration in the tenant space.","added_value":"Hughes Marino provided the link between the local contractor and the dry room vendor to ensure that all infrastructure was in place when the dry room arrived.
