This week, as we celebrate our company\u2019s 4th<\/sup> anniversary, the Hughes Marino team is reflecting on all that we have accomplished since starting out on this journey together in 2011. It\u2019s been an exciting ride, as we\u2019ve grown from 18 people to 40, opened six offices in five cities, and literally changed the game<\/a> for our industry.<\/p>\n

We have many people to thank for our success, most importantly our amazing team. Bound by shared values<\/a> and common goals, they work day in and day out to deliver excellence in everything they do. It is this pursuit of excellence that defines us as a company, and it is what I am most grateful for as a leader.<\/p>\n

In the spirit of gratitude, Jason<\/a> and I created this video featuring some of the many business leaders who have inspired us over the years. We shared it with the entire Hughes Marino team during our first meeting of 2015 as a thank you, and as inspiration for the next chapter we will write as a company. Our team loved it, and we hope that you will enjoy it too.<\/p>\n
