We are honored to announce that Hughes Marino\u2019s President, COO and Owner Shay Hughes<\/a> was recently named an Owner of the Year finalist by Los Angeles Business Journal<\/a><\/em>! Shay made the list along with two other inspirational women who have made a significant impact across Los Angeles. We are humbled to have Shay recognized among such accomplished women.<\/p>\n

The Women\u2019s Council and Awards recognizes the top business leaders in Los Angeles, and honor the achievements by powerful women who make a difference throughout Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Across all fronts, Shay continues to be an incredible leader to every member of our team, to our clients and to our community. Shay leads by example, and heavily emphasizes the importance of love and nurturance in the workplace, which is almost unheard of in the corporate world. Her strong belief in the importance of company culture has completely transformed our company and she has completely reimagined the industry of commercial real estate.<\/p>\n
