The expansion of this YMCA consisted of new construction of a 9,000 square foot gymnasium building and a restroom building. Key elements in the gymnasium were roll-up doors for ventilation, skylights, full wood basketball and volleyball court, and space for exercise classes and YMCA special\u00a0events.<\/p>","added_value":"

Hughes Marino Program, Project & Construction Management was able to save over $50k by value engineering several components of the project and reducing the overall flooring cost on the project. We were also instrumental in expediting the D.S.A. (Department of State Architects) and the city for permit approval\u00a0processes.<\/p>","services_provided":"
