The project consisted of the design, permitting, bidding and final construction of Procopio\u2019s new 100,000 square foot high-end office tenant improvement. The seven-story project was comprised of office, high-density filing, state-of-the-art conferencing and meeting rooms, a rooftop contemplation garden and a private, four-story interconnecting stairwell. The focal point of the project, located behind the unique floating cantilevered stair, is a one-of-a-kind 56-foot high, 20 foot wide art glass wall featuring a Juniper.
