The 83,000 SF tenant improvement project includes roughly 55,000 SF of creative office space and 25,000 SF of very heavy chemistry lab space built to BSL-II and cGMP standards. Once complete, the lab space will house over 20 bio-safety cabinets, numerous HPLC units and three cold rooms. The creative office space includes a multi-purpose room that doubles as a break room.
