We normally feature tenants on our Spaces We Love blog—but landlords can be tenants too, and in this case, Westcore’s new office at The Plaza in University Towne Centre is too gorgeous not to share!
As David Marino describes it, “the space is head-spinning, certainly one of the best plans I’ve ever seen built out in the Plaza.” We couldn’t agree more!
Visitors are greeted by warm, light hardwood floors, dark metal and glass storefronts and a bright, welcoming lobby that draws visitors into the space.
The space is largely open with high-end workstations and is dotted with exterior glass offices along the window-line, clad with barn style glass doors. The ceilings are partially open to create texture and depth, and combined with polished concrete floors, adds an industrial glam element to this developer’s office.
The large, residential-style kitchen features high-top tables with comfy chairs, as well as restaurant-style booths for spillover seating. Floating shelves, fun light fixtures and a golf simulator make the space feel homey, modern and vibrant all at the same time. We can’t forget about the views! Westcore’s windows bring in natural light and offer a glimpse into the bustling streets below.
Congratulations to Westcore on such a beautiful new office!
