Bryce McCoy is senior vice president and Division Lead of the program, project and construction management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management, based out of the company’s San Diego office. With his 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 7+ years as an owner’s representative in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has extensive experience working with clients to deliver the spaces of their dreams.

Bryce brings to Hughes Marino his experience of working with clients to develop office space in a multitude of sectors including developers, tech industry, law firms and financial institutions, with a focus on projects greater than 35,000 SF. His approach to successful projects begins by understanding the goals and expectations of the client and building a project team based on those key details.

In his spare time, Bryce enjoys spending time at the nearest beach, up in the mountains skiing, traveling and exploring new places.
