Description
The Hoist Fitness Systems corporate offices project consisted of the construction of a new 130,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building and 2nd floor mezzanine with improvements to the 7-acre site. The facility contains high bay racking in the warehouse, a product research and development area, fabrication workstations and a mezzanine. The mezzanine has executive and administrative office space, a conference room as well as a showroom for Hoist to showcase their product lines.
