The project consisted of a first-generation tenant improvement from a warm shell. The space features glass office fronts, high ceilings, exposed ceiling elements in key areas and even a break room that extends into a large outdoor patio. New contemporary workstations with sit/stand work surfaces were also installed.
Hughes Marino’s project management team helped the tenant representation team to negotiate the lease and work letter for Berkshire Hathaway. Once the lease was executed, Hughes Marino managed the entire design, permitting, construction and occupancy process. Hughes Marino’s in-depth knowledge helped achieve a significant value engineering effort.
