Airgain conference room

Description

The project consisted of the design, bidding, permitting, construction and occupancy of an approximately 10,000 square foot office and electronic lab space. The project included an open office space structure with private perimeter walls separated by the glass KI wall system. The design encompassed a unique, tech feel that integrated the break room, equipped with a flat panel TV and bar seating area, and an open transition into Airgain’s chamber room located in the rotunda. The chamber is highlighted in the rotunda room by hanging linear lights from the structure above shining green light onto the chamber’s
surrounding walls.

Added Value

Hughes Marino’s program, project & construction management team helped manage the design, permitting, bidding, and occupancy phases, as well as helped to communicate schedule milestone dates with the other Airgain vendors. Hughes Marino worked diligently with Airgain senior management to manage the schedule and with permitting and installing of the chamber.

Service Provided

Hughes Marino provided project management services from the design and permitting stages through project pricing and construction activity management. Hughes Marino also negotiated financial terms with the landlord’s project manager.
