Working out of the firm\u2019s Orange County office, Bryce and his team represent tenants and buyers delivering top-notch brokerage, construction management, lease auditing and lease administration services to companies and organizations across the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Bryce spent nearly 10 years in sales with his family\u2019s wholesale industrial distribution company located in Southern California. In his various roles with the company, he worked to find solutions for numerous high-profile industrial companies. As a result, Bryce has a deep understanding of the Southern California market and tailors his approach to the unique needs of each tenant with keen attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Bryce and his wife, Stephanie, currently reside in Newport Beach where they were both born and raised, with their son, Ford, and black English Labrador, Murphy. Bryce and Stephanie are avid skiers and have an equal adoration for the beach.
