Enevate lab

Description

The project consisted of a remodel of office and wet lab space for a battery R&D company. We modified existing lab benches to accommodate the clients fume hoods and added distributed gases to the benches for specific operations. The primary focus of the project was a 500 square foot modular dry room that was installed, requiring structural upgrades to the roof and major MEP consideration in the tenant space.

Added Value

Hughes Marino provided the link between the local contractor and the dry room vendor to ensure that all infrastructure was in place when the dry room arrived. The move was successful over a weekend and production/research operations were never shut down during the move.

Service Provided

Hughes Marino provided full project management services including selection of the design team and contractor, coordination of the design and construction process, final cost evaluation and value engineering, and integration of all tenant vendors into the project timeline.
