The project consisted of 22,000 square feet of corporate tenant improvements. Key elements of the project included a 4,000 square foot machine shop and prototyping area, wet lab, electrical engineering lab, gym, and conference area. The space features areas open to the structure, ceiling ‘cloud,’ circular pendant lighting, low horizon workstations, benching and collaborative work areas.

The client desired a space with a contemporary high-tech feel with a minimal budget. Hughes Marino was instrumental in finding over $85,000 in value engineering savings that allowed the client to achieve the desired look and feel to the space.
