Description
ecoATM’s open space floorplan has an urban feel with exposed ducts and high ceilings. Packed with breakout collaborative rooms and conference rooms throughout, the design team mixed variable height walls to create a cityscape view from the second floor balcony. Since ecoATM has a substantial security concern, the team constructed an attractive way to integrate security equipment within sensitive areas that operate as selling points for prospective clients. Behind the building, the company had an emergency generator installed to provide backup power to ecoATM’s mission critical data center. In addition, the design and construction team’s particular attention to material selection and construction documentation awarded the project with LEED Silver Certification.
Added Value
Hughes Marino played a crucial role in maintaining this project’s strict deadline and budget. Just before construction began, the team had to reconfigure the entire project schedule as the client’s move-in date turned out being a month sooner than originally planned. Hughes Marino was able to strategically accelerate the project schedule and, as a result, the client successfully moved in on time and within budget.
Service Provided
Hughes Marino provided project management services throughout the transaction, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy phases. The project management team managed all tenant vendors including signage, security, AV, low voltage cabling, the architectural team, and the general contractor.
