beverage factory san diego

Description

This project was led by Hughes Marino throughout the design and construction of extensive interior and exterior improvements to an existing cold shell industrial building. The new corporate headquarters for Beverage Factory features energy efficient LED lighting, installation of KI wall systems, a 2,800 square foot product showroom, retail space which features stained concrete floors and an open structure. In addition to the interior remodel, the exterior remodel included a new energy efficient roof, skylight replacement, paving and stripping of the existing parking lot, fresh paint around the entire building façade, and new concrete pathways.

Added Value

As a design build project, Hughes Marino was instrumental in ensuring the contractor was implementing functional and aesthetically pleasing plan designs while remaining in tune with the client’s budget requirements. Hughes Marino also took the lead on all bank correspondence, which on fund control projects, is hugely important to the overall project success.
