Two years ago, Hughes Marino was fortunate to welcome Heather Fox to our Operations Team. Heather came to us with more than a decade of experience as senior staff accountant for a public tax and accounting firm.

We were immediately impressed with Heather’s attention to detail, her financial acumen, and her values and principles, which were aligned with many of our own core values, including delivering excellence in everything we do. Incidentally, Heather had put herself through school while working full-time.

Heather continues to impress us. This time, she’s earned her Master of Business Administration, while serving as an integral part of our Operations Team as Controller, and raising her young daughter. As a full-time HM team member, student, and mother, Heather’s own desire to pursue growth and learning, while embracing the family spirit absolutely personifies Hughes Marino’s core values.

Saying that we are proud to have Heather on our team doesn’t do justice to how lucky we are to be able to work alongside her. In addition to managing our accounts receivable, accounts payable and working alongside our Director of Finance, Heather also helped bring another valuable team member on board at Hughes Marino. (Thanks to Heather, her twin sister Hope Fox has served as a Senior Client Relations Manager for more than a year, providing vital support to our clients and brokerage team each and every day).

A team player through and through, Heather never fails to inspire us with her dedication to both her professional successes, and her personal accomplishments. As the result she is a frequent recipient of Hughes Marino’s WOW! Cards, which are presented to employees for going above and beyond in their work and professional lives.
