About

Kofi Williams is a senior project manager with the Program, Project and Construction Management team at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation and project management. With over 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Kofi has a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management, architectural design and project delivery. His diverse skill set, gained by providing leadership in numerous roles throughout the construction process, allows him to bring a unique perspective to each of his clients’ projects.

Kofi earned his Bachelor of Science in architecture and environmental design (BSAED) and served as the President of the International Student Association during his college tenure at Morgan State University. His education and passions secured him as a United States Fulbright Study Abroad Finalist (2008-2009), which led him back to his place of birth in Ghana. He then continued to pursue his dream to be a built environment expert, leading him to complete a dual master’s degree in construction management and sustainability. 

Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Kofi worked in multiple project management roles leading projects for clients in a variety of industries. Kofi has a strong track record of successfully completing an array of construction projects through developing partnerships and building positive rapport with clients, architects, engineers, local officials and vendors while maintaining schedule and budget. Kofi’s extensive skill set includes providing innovative solutions to complex, time-sensitive problems with a notable capacity to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, always with a focus on client service.

Kofi is married to his wife, Priscilla and together they are blessed with two boys, Samuel and Elliott. As a family, you can find them going on cruises, enjoying international cuisines and watching their favorite sports teams including the Patriots, Celtics and Golden State Warriors. He is also highly involved in his community where he loves being a mentor and is also known to be an MC for wedding and events.
