Aspen Voita is a lease administration manager at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Aspen is a member of the company’s Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory team, where she helps deliver an exceptional level of service to clients by ensuring landlord compliance with their lease agreements.

Aspen has nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with specific expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and capital planning. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Aspen worked at CBRE and JLL, in addition to other property management firms. While in these roles, Aspen assisted in the property management of different asset types, such as office, medical and retail portfolios, earning national and regional accolades demonstrating leadership, efficiency and dedication.

In her free time, Aspen enjoys spending her weekends with her husband and puppy, and grabbing breakfast at the local Farmers’ Market!
