Kevin Hogan is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. As a commercial real estate advisor, Kevin guides and informs companies throughout the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring they get the best possible outcome for their businesses.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Kevin spent the majority of his career working in real estate for PropTech companies, such as Zillow and Pacaso. After graduating from Santa Clara University, Kevin initially moved to San Francisco, where he helped Tesla launch the San Francisco market for residential and commercial solar, as well as battery storage. At Hughes Marino, he focuses on both office and industrial leasing, sales and investments throughout Southern California, and enjoys representing companies similar to those that he used to work for.

On a personal level, Kevin is engaged to his loving fiancé, Sara, and is a new dad to his first son, Preston. When he isn’t working, you’ll either find him spending quality time with his family, or sneaking in a run or workout during the “dad hours.”
