About

Dean Petersen is senior vice president of Hughes Marino’s Project Management Division. He leads a team of seven LEED accredited project managers that integrate programming, design development, and construction due diligence and controls into the commercial real estate process. Dean has over 35 years of construction and project management experience, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering from Iowa State University.

Dean brings his strong leadership style and exceptional communication skills to deliver projects on time and on budget for Hughes Marino clients, all while fitting within the client’s aesthetic goals. Dean’s cutting-edge knowledge of project cost estimating, scheduling, quality control, contract administration and construction means and methods ensures that clients get what they want as the end result.
